Chairman's Letter
November 5, 2009
Dear Valued Customer,
The merging of systems between Affinity Bank and Pacific Western Bank will be complete on December 7, 2009. At that time you can begin to enjoy an expanded network of 68 branches throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura Counties as well as three San Francisco Bay Area locations.
Although the exterior signage is changing, rest assured you will continue to see many familiar faces on the teller line and among the officers who know and understand your banking requirements and have the local perspective and responsiveness you need.
We will convert your existing Affinity Bank account to a comparable Pacific Western Bank account. Attached you will find the following information to ensure a smooth transition:
- Quick Reference Guide which highlights the features of the Pacific Western Bank account that your account will convert to on December 7, 2009. If you prefer a different account type, please contact any branch representative who will gladly make the change. (View)
